Few actually know when, where, how, why, the original discovery happened. Not only was Brian there, but he is still there. He will be telling the story from the discovery to present. His talk will include some geology, some gemology, and the interesting stories behind the stones!

                                                                             6:30PM Dinner - 7:30PM Lecture

Place: GIA New York Education Center, 2nd Floor, 270 Madison Avenue between 39th and 40th

Cost:  $25 Members only. Limited to 50. No credit cards, please. Attendance without reservations will require cash at the door, based on space availability. As a courtesy to our alumni and the speaker there will be no admittance after 6 PM.
